Return policy

This policy applies to physical goods purchased through communication channels listed on biorefine.ddd. Digital drafts or custom proofs may follow different rules described in your order email.

Eligibility window

You may request a return within fourteen calendar days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Items showing wear from normal inspection are still eligible; items with missing components may receive partial credit only.

How to start

Email contactus@biorefine.world with your order reference, a short description of the issue, and photographs if the shipment arrived damaged. We reply with a return merchandise authorization when appropriate.

Shipping costs

Unless the return results from our error, outbound return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. When we confirm a manufacturing defect, we supply a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage upon receipt of receipts.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on your financial institution and typically complete within five to ten business days after we log the returned parcel.

Exchanges

Inventory for printed matter is limited. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, we offer a refund or store credit according to your preference where law allows choice.
